Cormaa Terms of Service

Effective date: August 5, 2026

Thank you for using Cormaa.

Cormaa provides tools for creating product tutorials, walkthroughs, product demonstrations and related media through browser automation, artificial intelligence and user-directed workflows.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Cormaa.

When these Terms refer to “Cormaa,” “Company,” “we,” “our” or “us,” they mean Cormaa AI, doing business as Cormaa.

When these Terms refer to the “Services,” they mean the Cormaa website, application, APIs, browser automation systems, tutorial-generation tools, video-generation tools and related services.

When these Terms refer to “you” or “your,” they mean the individual or organization that creates or controls a Cormaa account.

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, inviting users or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use Cormaa on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age required to enter into a binding contract where you live.

You may not use the Services if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law.

Accounts must be created and controlled by real people or legally recognized organizations. Automated systems may interact with Cormaa only through features, integrations or APIs that we authorize.

2. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate account and billing information.
  • Maintaining the security of your account.
  • Protecting your passwords, authentication methods and connected-app credentials.
  • Restricting account access to authorized people.
  • All activity performed through your account.
  • Ensuring that workspace members comply with these Terms.
  • Promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.

You may not share individual login credentials among multiple people when the applicable plan requires separate user accounts.

Cormaa is not responsible for loss caused by your failure to secure your account or credentials.

3. The Services

Cormaa may allow you to:

  • Connect a third-party software application.
  • Provide a login URL and authorized credentials.
  • Describe a workflow using natural-language instructions.
  • Direct an automated agent to navigate an application.
  • Capture screenshots or interface activity.
  • Upload or download files as part of a workflow.
  • Generate scripts, transcripts and voiceovers.
  • Produce tutorial videos and step-by-step guides.
  • Edit, export, host or publish generated content.

Features may vary by plan, location, account status and product version.

Cormaa may introduce, modify, limit or discontinue features. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice when a change materially reduces the core functionality of a paid plan.

4. Preview and beta features

Some Cormaa features may be labelled beta, preview, experimental or early access.

These features may:

  • Be incomplete.
  • Produce unexpected results.
  • Change without notice.
  • Have limited support.
  • Be subject to additional limits.
  • Be discontinued.

You should not rely on beta features for critical, safety-sensitive or production operations.

5. Authorization to access third-party applications

Cormaa acts only on the instructions you provide.

When you connect an application or instruct a Cormaa agent to perform a workflow, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own or control the relevant account, or have permission from the account owner.
  • You are authorized to provide the credentials or session information.
  • You are permitted to access the information shown in the application.
  • You are permitted to perform each requested action.
  • Your use of Cormaa does not violate the connected application’s terms, policies or restrictions.
  • You have obtained any required consent from individuals whose information may appear in the workflow.
  • You will not direct Cormaa to bypass security controls or access restrictions.

Cormaa is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by a connected application unless we expressly state otherwise.

Third-party applications may change their interfaces, security controls or terms at any time. These changes may interrupt or prevent a Cormaa workflow.

You are responsible for evaluating whether automation is permitted by each connected application.

6. Demo and test accounts

Whenever reasonably possible, you should connect a dedicated demo, sandbox or test account rather than a production account.

You should remove or replace unnecessary personal, confidential or production information before running a workflow.

Do not provide Cormaa with highly sensitive information unless a feature is expressly designed and approved for that information.

Highly sensitive information includes:

  • Payment-card numbers.
  • Financial-account credentials.
  • Government identification numbers.
  • Medical or health records.
  • Biometric identifiers.
  • Information subject to professional secrecy.
  • Special-category personal data.
  • Production secrets unrelated to the requested tutorial.
  • Credentials that provide access beyond what the workflow requires.

Cormaa is not designed to satisfy specialized regulatory requirements such as healthcare, banking or payment-card compliance unless we enter into a separate written agreement stating otherwise.

7. Actions performed by Cormaa agents

A Cormaa agent may click buttons, enter text, upload files, download files, submit forms, change settings or take other actions inside a connected application.

You are responsible for reviewing the workflow and ensuring that the requested actions are appropriate.

Cormaa does not guarantee that an agent will interpret every interface or instruction correctly. Interfaces can be ambiguous, unavailable or changed without notice.

You should not instruct Cormaa to perform an action that could cause material loss, delete irreplaceable data, publish confidential information, send legally binding communications, transfer money or create significant legal consequences without human review and appropriate safeguards.

You accept responsibility for actions performed according to your instructions, except to the extent a loss is directly caused by Cormaa’s fraud, wilful misconduct or another liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the Services to:

  • Violate any law or regulation.
  • Access an account, system or information without authorization.
  • Circumvent authentication, security or access controls.
  • Perform credential stuffing, phishing or impersonation.
  • Create or distribute malware.
  • Probe or test systems without authorization.
  • Interfere with the operation of Cormaa or another service.
  • Send spam or abusive communications.
  • Harass, threaten or exploit another person.
  • Violate privacy, confidentiality or data-protection rights.
  • Infringe copyright, trademark or other intellectual-property rights.
  • Generate deceptive tutorials that impersonate another organization.
  • Falsely suggest an endorsement or partnership.
  • Create illegal, fraudulent or materially misleading content.
  • Automate actions prohibited by the connected application.
  • Resell or sublicense the Services unless permitted by your plan or a separate agreement.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract Cormaa’s source code, models or proprietary systems, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
  • Avoid or manipulate usage limits, billing controls or plan restrictions.
  • Use the Services in a way that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

We may investigate suspected misuse and suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect Cormaa, our users, third parties or the public.

9. Customer Content

“Customer Content” means prompts, credentials, files, scripts, recordings, screenshots, logos, application information, personal information and other materials submitted to or processed through your account.

You retain ownership of your Customer Content.

You grant Cormaa a worldwide, non-exclusive, limited licence to host, reproduce, process, modify, transmit and display Customer Content only as reasonably necessary to:

  • Provide the Services.
  • Perform your instructions.
  • Generate requested outputs.
  • Maintain and secure the Services.
  • Provide support.
  • Comply with law.

This licence ends when the relevant Customer Content is deleted, except for limited backup copies, legal-retention obligations and information that has been validly shared or published outside Cormaa.

You represent that you have all rights, permissions and lawful bases required to submit and process Customer Content.

10. Generated Output

“Generated Output” means tutorials, videos, screenshots, scripts, transcripts, guides, voiceovers and other content generated through the Services.

As between you and Cormaa, you may use Generated Output for lawful purposes and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, you own Cormaa’s rights in the Generated Output created specifically for you.

This does not transfer ownership of:

  • Cormaa’s software, models, templates or technology.
  • Third-party applications or interfaces shown in a tutorial.
  • Third-party trademarks, logos or copyrighted materials.
  • Stock assets, fonts, voices or other licensed materials subject to separate terms.
  • Customer Content owned by another person.

You are responsible for checking whether you have permission to display a third-party application, brand, person, voice, dataset or other material in a published tutorial.

AI-generated content may not be unique. Another customer may receive content that is similar in structure, wording or style.

11. Review of Generated Output

Cormaa does not guarantee that Generated Output will be:

  • Accurate.
  • Complete.
  • Current.
  • Error-free.
  • Legally compliant.
  • Non-infringing.
  • Suitable for a particular audience.
  • Consistent with the latest version of a connected application.

Software interfaces and workflows change frequently.

You are responsible for reviewing Generated Output before publishing, distributing or relying on it. You should regenerate or update tutorials when the connected application changes.

Generated Output does not constitute legal, financial, medical, security or other professional advice.

12. Responsible AI and Generated Media

Cormaa does not provide face-swapping, deepfake generation, human-likeness generation, or voice-impersonation features. Cormaa’s generated media is primarily based on software-interface activity captured while executing user-directed workflows.

Cormaa may use AI to generate or assist with scripts, narration, captions, and other supporting tutorial content. Customers must have the necessary rights to any names, images, voices, trademarks, or other third-party material appearing within the software workflows they choose to demonstrate.

Cormaa may not be used to impersonate another person or organization or to create deceptive media.

13. Feedback

You may provide suggestions, ideas, feature requests or other feedback.

You grant Cormaa a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use feedback without restriction or compensation. This does not give Cormaa ownership of your Customer Content.

14. Cormaa intellectual property

Cormaa and its licensors own the Services, including our:

  • Software.
  • Website.
  • Application interfaces.
  • Automation systems.
  • Models and workflows.
  • Documentation.
  • Visual designs.
  • Logos and trademarks.
  • Proprietary templates and technology.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Services to you.

You may not copy, modify, sell, distribute or create derivative works from Cormaa’s proprietary technology except as permitted by law or a separate written agreement.

Permission is required before using Cormaa’s name, logo or branding in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership or sponsorship.

You may accurately state that a tutorial was created using Cormaa.

15. Free plans and Cormaa branding

Cormaa may offer a free plan with limited usage.

Videos or other content produced through a free plan may include a “Made with Cormaa” label, logo, watermark or similar attribution.

You may not remove, cover or alter required Cormaa branding unless your plan expressly permits branding removal.

Free-plan features, limits and availability may change.

16. Usage minutes and credits

Some plans may include tutorial-generation minutes, credits, exports or other usage units.

Unless the applicable plan states otherwise:

  • Usage units have no cash value.
  • Usage units cannot be transferred or resold.
  • Usage units may expire at the end of a billing period.
  • Unused units do not automatically roll over.
  • Failed or interrupted generations may still consume resources.
  • We may restore usage units when a generation fails because of a verified Cormaa system error.
  • Estimated video duration may differ from final duration.
  • Different features may consume different amounts of usage.

Attempting to manipulate or avoid usage measurement may result in suspension.

17. Paid subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance according to the billing period shown when you subscribe.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Cormaa and its payment processor to charge the applicable payment method for:

  • Subscription fees.
  • Usage-based charges.
  • Add-ons.
  • Taxes.
  • Other charges you authorize.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.

We may change prices. Price changes affecting an existing subscription will normally take effect at the next renewal after we provide reasonable notice.

Fees do not include taxes unless expressly stated. You are responsible for applicable taxes, except taxes based on Cormaa’s net income.

18. Trials

We may offer free or discounted trials.

Trial duration and limits will be stated when you sign up. At the end of a trial, access may be limited, suspended or converted to a paid subscription according to the terms presented at signup.

You may not create multiple accounts to repeatedly obtain a trial or free-plan benefit.

19. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel a paid subscription through the account settings or another method made available by Cormaa.

Unless stated otherwise:

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
  • You may continue using paid features until that period ends.
  • You will not be charged for the next billing period.
  • Fees already paid are non-refundable.
  • We do not provide automatic prorated refunds for unused time or usage units.

We may issue refunds at our discretion or where required by law.

Canceling a subscription does not automatically delete your account or Customer Content. Account deletion must be requested separately where applicable.

20. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Cormaa at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access when:

  • You materially violate these Terms.
  • Payment remains overdue.
  • Your use creates a security or legal risk.
  • Your use harms other customers or third parties.
  • We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorized access.
  • We are legally required to do so.
  • Continued operation is no longer commercially or technically practical.

Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. We may act immediately in urgent security, legal or abuse situations.

After termination, your right to use the Services ends.

Sections concerning ownership, payments, disclaimers, liability, indemnification and dispute resolution survive termination.

21. Account deletion and data export

You are responsible for exporting Customer Content you wish to retain before deleting an account.

After an account-deletion request, Customer Content will become inaccessible and will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy and backup-retention procedures.

Once information is permanently deleted, it may not be recoverable.

We may retain limited records where required for billing, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security or legal compliance.

22. Privacy and data processing

Our collection and use of personal information are described in the Cormaa Privacy Policy.

When Cormaa processes personal information contained in Customer Content on your behalf:

  • You are responsible for providing lawful instructions.
  • You are responsible for notices and consents required from data subjects.
  • Cormaa will process the information to provide and secure the Services.
  • Cormaa may use subprocessors for hosting, AI processing, media generation and related functions.
  • Each party will comply with the data-protection obligations that apply to it.

Where required, the parties will enter into an appropriate data processing agreement.

23. Confidentiality

Cormaa will treat non-public Customer Content as confidential and will use it only as permitted under these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

This obligation does not apply to information that:

  • Is publicly available through no breach by Cormaa.
  • Was lawfully known to Cormaa without restriction.
  • Is received lawfully from another source.
  • Is independently developed without using the confidential information.
  • Must be disclosed by law.

Cormaa may disclose confidential information to employees, contractors and service providers who need it to provide the Services and who are subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.

24. Third-party services

Cormaa may depend on or integrate with third-party applications, hosting providers, AI providers, payment processors and other services.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for:

  • Their availability.
  • Their security.
  • Their content.
  • Their acts or omissions.
  • Changes to their interfaces or APIs.
  • Their suspension of your account.
  • Their terms or privacy practices.

Your use of a third-party service remains governed by your agreement with that provider.

25. Service availability

We work to keep Cormaa reliable, but the Services may occasionally be unavailable because of:

  • Maintenance.
  • Software defects.
  • Infrastructure failure.
  • Third-party outages.
  • Internet disruption.
  • Security incidents.
  • Events outside our reasonable control.

Unless a separate service-level agreement applies, we do not guarantee a particular uptime, processing time, generation speed or recovery time.

26. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and Generated Output are provided “as is” and “as available.”

Cormaa disclaims all express, implied and statutory warranties, including warranties of:

  • Merchantability.
  • Fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Title.
  • Non-infringement.
  • Accuracy.
  • Availability.
  • Security.
  • Quiet enjoyment.

We do not warrant that the Services will meet every requirement, operate without interruption or produce error-free results.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

27. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cormaa and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages.

This includes loss of:

  • Profits.
  • Revenue.
  • Business opportunities.
  • Goodwill.
  • Data.
  • Customer relationships.
  • Anticipated savings.

Cormaa is not liable for damage resulting from:

  • Your instructions.
  • Actions performed in a connected application.
  • Unauthorized or unsuitable credentials supplied by you.
  • Failure to review Generated Output.
  • Changes made by a third-party application.
  • Suspension by a third-party application.
  • Third-party service failures.
  • Information you publish or distribute.
  • Unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure an account.

Cormaa’s total aggregate liability arising from the Services or these Terms will not exceed the greater of:

  1. The amount you paid Cormaa during the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim; or
  2. USD 100.

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory and even if Cormaa was advised that damage was possible.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or another liability that cannot legally be limited.

28. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Cormaa and its officers, directors, employees, contractors and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from:

  • Your Customer Content.
  • Your use of Generated Output.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your violation of applicable law.
  • Your infringement of another person’s rights.
  • Your unauthorized access to a third-party application.
  • Actions you direct a Cormaa agent to perform.
  • Your failure to obtain required permissions or consent.
  • A dispute between you and a connected application or one of your users.

Cormaa will provide reasonable notice of a covered claim and allow you to participate in its defence. You may not settle a claim in a way that admits liability by Cormaa or imposes obligations on Cormaa without our written consent.

29. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect:

  • New features.
  • Changes to our business.
  • Security requirements.
  • Legal or regulatory developments.
  • Clarifications to existing provisions.

When a change is material, we will update the effective date and take reasonable steps to notify affected users.

Changes normally apply prospectively. Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

30. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived, the courts located in Kathmandu, Nepal will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Services.

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief to protect confidential information, security or intellectual-property rights.

31. General provisions

Entire agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, any applicable order form and any separately signed agreement form the entire agreement between you and Cormaa concerning the Services.

Order of precedence

If a separately signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls to the extent of the conflict.

Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without Cormaa’s written consent. Cormaa may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, corporate reorganization or sale of assets.

Force majeure

Cormaa is not liable for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, labour disputes, internet failures, utility failures and third-party infrastructure outages.

Severability

If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or removed, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

No waiver

Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

No agency

These Terms do not create a partnership, joint venture, employment, franchise or agency relationship.

Notices

We may provide notices through the Services, by email or through another reasonable electronic method.

Headings are provided for convenience and do not affect interpretation.
